LarkInsights Diagnostic Learning Studio LLC, operating the Rahny Day brand and The Architect program (“we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit rahnyday.com and our program and scheduling pages at go.rahnyday.com (together, the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you register for our masterclass, submit a contact or application form, sign up for our waitlist or newsletter, book a discovery call, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), information about your child or the student you are inquiring about, and the content of your messages.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, our hosting and analytics tools may automatically record your IP address, approximate location (city or region), browser and device type, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit.
Cookies. The Site uses a small number of cookies to help the Site function and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the Site may not work if you do.
2. Text Messaging (SMS) Consent
If you check one or both of the consent boxes on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from us at the phone number you provide. We offer two separate types of text messages, and you choose which you consent to:
Non-marketing (transactional) messages — such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and information related to a call or service you requested.
Marketing and promotional messages — such as special offers, program updates, and related announcements.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages will not affect the email communications you have signed up for. We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes, and mobile opt-in data is never sold.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request; schedule, confirm, and follow up on discovery calls and program participation; send you updates, newsletters, text messages, or resources you have signed up for; process enrollment and payments for our programs; operate, secure, and improve the Site; comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. How We Share Information
We share personal information only in limited cases: with service providers who help us run our business (for example, our web host, email and text-messaging platform, scheduling tool, learning platform, analytics tool, and payment processor), and only so they can perform services for us; with payment processors, who handle your payment information directly when you enroll or make a payment — we do not store full payment card numbers ourselves; when required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.
5. Payments
When you enroll in a program or make a payment, your payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. Your card or banking details are provided directly to that processor and are subject to the processor’s own privacy and security practices. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details, but we do not collect or store your full payment card number on our own systems.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email, reply STOP to opt out of text messages, or contact us directly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to request deletion or correction, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
7. Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide our services or meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required by law to keep certain records.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.
9. Children’s and Student Privacy
Our programs serve students, and our services are purchased and managed by their parents or guardians, who are our account holders and customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Where a program involves a minor student, we collect and handle that student’s information through, and with the consent of, the participating parent or guardian.
The Site itself is intended for adults — parents, guardians, and educators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parental involvement, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to or embed content from third parties, such as scheduling tools, videos, payment pages, or social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with any information.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice on the Site.
